This icon that you are seeing symbols conflicting appointments.
This means
that appointments that have this icon with them are conflicting
withdifferent appointments.
Conflicting appointments are caused when two, or more,
appointments aresharing the same start - end time span
on the day, which basically meansthat these items are conflicting.
